("360" or the "Company") (CSE: CODE – FWB: C5B – OTC: BKLLF) is undertaking a non-brokered private placement of up to $1,000,000 by way of units at $0.03. Each unit consists of one common share of 360, plus one common share purchase warrant exercisable at $0.05 for a period of 2 years from closing.
