("Codebase" or the "Company") (CSE: CODE - FSE: C5B – OTCQB: BKLLF), an investment company, is pleased to announce that it has extended the expiry date of an aggregate of 40,999,500 previously issued warrants (the “Warrants”) for an additional 2 years. The Warrants were originally issued February 26, 2018, with an original expiry date of February 26, 2020. The 40,999,500 Warrants entitles the holder to purchase a common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.15. The exercise price of the Warrants remains unchanged.
