("Codebase" or the "Company") (CSE: CODE - FSE: C5B – OTCQB: BKLLF), an investment company, is pleased to announce that it has extended the expiry date of an aggregate of 9,066,666 previously issued warrants (the “Warrants”) for an additional 2 years. 30,000,000 Warrants were originally issued May 2, 2017, with an original expiry date of May 2, 2020. A total of 20,933,334 Warrants have been exercised. The remaining 9,066,666 Warrants entitle the holders to purchase a common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.05. The exercise price of the Warrants remains unchanged.
