VANCOUVER, BC, CANADA (October 23, 2019) – Codebase Ventures Inc. ("Codebase" or the "Company") (CSE: CODE - FSE: C5B – OTCQB: BKLLF) announced that it has extended the expiry date of 23,150,998 outstanding share purchase warrants ("Warrants") that are exercisable for common shares of the Company at $0.10. The Warrants were issued as part of the private placement which closed on October 16, 2017. The Warrants were set to expire on October 16, 2019 and the Company has extended the expiry date to October 16, 2021. All other terms of the Warrants shall remain unchanged.
